Return Policy

 We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, unless we have been given prior notice that an item is faulty (if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Please note: we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items purchased during a sale.

To initiate a return process, simply reach out to our support team at Once you've made your request and it's accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping address, along with clear and easy-to-follow instructions on how and where to send your package back to us. Please remember that we can only accept items for return that have been requested beforehand, so be sure to contact us before sending anything back.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will proceed to issue a refund for the purchase amount. Please note that a €5.00 fee will be deducted from the refund to account for return handling costs.

We are not responsible for the shipping costs of returns. Returns are not free and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of items bought from our Shop.

*Please note: if you are returning item(s) outside of the EU, you may incur custom fees for us to receive your returned item(s). As our Return Policy stipulates that the return costs are the full duty of the customer, this also includes any additional custom fees incurred in the postage of the returned parcel.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and issues
We are not responsible for any issues during return transit. These issues are to be resolved between the customer and the shipping carrier. We recommend returns to be sent by a ‘Recorded Delivery’ service, as this is traceable. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return transit. If the returned item(s) are found to be damaged or dirty during the return, we are entitled to have this sent back to the customer.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
